Let go and begin again!
To truly let go you must take the time to have the acceptance and acknowledgement within to know what previously served a purpose in your life is now no longer needed.
Living life through the rose tinted glasses of your albeit comfortable, regular routines will not extend your mind to expand, motivate or encourage you towards a brighter more engaging future.
There have been several times in my life where I have clung to the routine of my usual everyday existence in the hope that things would change and get better, but unfortunately they did not.
It was only through addressing the issues that were weighing me down and keeping me locked in these monotonous moments with no motivation to let go that I truly started to see a glimmer of hope and come alive.
Being a person of consistency is great when you have people who rely on you and it certainly shows that you are trustworthy as a person. Although you can still be consistent and let go of the things that no longer serve you for the greater good of yourself and those who depend on you.
Taking that time to do some reconstructive self care and allowing yourself to let go of thoughts, feelings, situations, trauma, drama or even people who are not helping you maintain a positive attitude towards your life is always healthy and should be promoted on a daily basis.
It is very apparent at the present moment whilst I am writing this blog that a lot of people in and around my local area are coming to terms with loosing their homes through the recent floods and it is not an easy thing to do.
Although you have the pure inner strength of your authentic self that can help you hold fast and know that the only way to let go and move on is to be true to yourself and know that, what previously was can be again and even better, with the dedication to letting go of the past and concentrating on the present.
The past has gone, the present is here and to make the best of the future you must lay the correct foundations in the present moment for the best outcome to your future life.
So take your time and let go of what no longer serves you and become what you know you should be to benefit yourself and your loved ones.
Take care of yourself and others around you.
